The staff was pleasant and we greatly enjoyed buffet breakfast. Runnymede district is worth seeing.
-
We had an air-conditioned room with the river view. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided.
-
We felt safe in this hotel. Kudos to chef. It was at a moderate distance from Burger King, serving fast food. In fact, the venue has a free parking...
-
The setting is wonderful. The breakfast was very good.
The staff at breakfast hover around and are so eager they sometimes take your plate from under your nose when not finished eating. It is an odd criticism but the staff are too eager to please. This can be overwhelming. They need to rein back on being so fawning.

Staff were friendly and very well trained. Breakfast was really busy but it ran like clockwork - the food was excellent. The location is lovely - pity it rained the whole time we were there as it would have been great to sit outside and have a drink overlooing the Thames
-
An extremely busy hotel dealing with many buisness travellers as Heathrow is near by. However, my party were there for personal reasons and the staff took an equal interest in our needs. In short excellent attentive staff. The riverside rooms present lovely views of the River Thames. Very comfortable bed.
Ugly modern exterior. 11 o' clock as opposed to noon checkout. In reality this hotel is too busy and bustling for a relaxing leisure break.

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpfull and professional. The Lock restaurant is excellent: we had a very good dinner.
-

Make sure you get the right room. Our first room was very are very small and bed wasn't too good but the second room was lovely
-

-

Riverside views. Hotel factilities, calm, peaceful atmosphere
We were only in the hotel for two days and spent little time exploring but in the time we were there I couldn't fault anything and have recommened to friends and cerrtainly hope to return in the future.
-
a lovely relaxing stay on the banks of the thames. fabulous pool and spa facilities
the noise from the planes!
-
Staff excellent Clean Good breakfast
Stupid tv Go back to simple system without direction first to expensive pay per view movies
-
Location was excellent, as was the hotel itself - much larger than I expected but this did not detract from the overall feel of the hotel. Very impressed, would return with my family should the occasion arise.
The late breakfast on Saturday morning was a bit inconvenient for those of us on business.
-
Location, riverside setting and gardens.
I asked for anti allergenic pillows when I made the reservation but the standard feather pillows were on the bed. My husband is allergic to feathers and they caused hiim to have a sneezing fit.
